Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Agentivo.MY, operated by Baloot MY Digital Agency. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply fully with this policy.

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, without refund.

2. Permitted Use

Agentivo.MY is designed exclusively for licensed insurance agents and team leaders in Malaysia to manage their professional business operations, including:

  • Lead and prospect management
  • Policy tracking and renewal monitoring
  • Commission recording and performance tracking
  • Team coordination and communication
  • AI-assisted needs analysis and proposal creation (subject to independent verification)
  • Content creation for professional use on social media

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Agentivo.MY for any of the following:

3.1 Illegal Activities

  • Any activity that violates Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Financial Services Act 2013, or Islamic Financial Services Act 2013
  • Fraudulent data entry or misrepresentation of client information
  • Money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity prohibited by Bank Negara Malaysia
  • Submitting or processing data belonging to individuals who have not given their consent

3.2 Misuse of AI Features

  • Using AI-generated content as a substitute for proper licensed financial or insurance advice
  • Distributing AI outputs directly to clients without independent verification
  • Attempting to manipulate AI features to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent insurance recommendations
  • Using AI features in excess of your subscription plan's usage limits through circumvention
  • Presenting AI-generated content as your own professional analysis without appropriate caveats

3.3 Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to access, view, or modify other users' accounts or data
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data from the platform through automated means
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Circumventing rate limits, usage caps, feature restrictions, or subscription boundaries
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks or any activity that disrupts platform performance for other users

3.4 Team Feature Misuse

  • Sharing Invite Codes with individuals who are not legitimate insurance agents
  • Using team features to aggregate access and resell or sublicense the platform to others
  • Using the Broadcast feature to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content unrelated to legitimate team communications
  • Creating team structures solely to circumvent individual subscription requirements

3.5 Misrepresentation

  • Impersonating another insurance agent, company representative, or Agentivo.MY staff
  • Creating multiple accounts under different identities to circumvent subscription limits or suspension
  • Misrepresenting your insurance license status, qualifications, or company affiliation within the platform
  • Using the platform to make false or unsubstantiated claims to clients about insurance products

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension without prior notice
  • Permanent account termination with no right to re-registration
  • No refund of any subscription fees paid
  • Reporting to relevant authorities, including Bank Negara Malaysia or law enforcement, where required by law
  • Civil or legal action where appropriate

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP at our sole and reasonable discretion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the Agentivo.MY platform, including by other users, please report it promptly to hello@agentivo.my.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly and confidentially. We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all users.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
