Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to Agentivo.MY are strictly non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan (Pro or Team), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, accidental subscription, change of mind, or discontinuation of use
- No partial refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused days within a billing period
- Subscription fees will not be refunded in the event of account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Dashboard > Settings > Subscription. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain full access to all subscribed features until the billing period ends
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan upon expiry
- No charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features upon registration. No payment information is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free Plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
We encourage you to fully explore all features during the trial period before subscribing to a paid plan.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@agentivo.my.
We will investigate the matter and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit accordingly. This is the sole exception to our no-refund policy and applies only to verified technical billing errors, not to subscription fees paid intentionally.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
We strongly encourage you to reach out to hello@agentivo.my to resolve any billing concerns directly before contacting your financial institution. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
